Axioma Servisas has successfully completed the works at Mestilla UAB, the modern vegetable oil processing and biodiesel production plant. Our company carried out the wiring works on the granulator. Axioma Servisas possesses the extensive experience in automation of various equipment, however, this was its first granulator wiring project. This demonstrates that the company is not afraid to face challenges and is able to manage all its tasks.
The granulation equipment with the total capacity of 400 kW was provided by the client. It was brought from the Netherlands together with the elementary diagram and technological description of the manufacturer. All automation works were performed on the basis of this information provided. The tricky part of the project was to carry out the granulator wiring works without assistance of the Dutch technician. He was supposed to be present only at the equipment start-up. Unfortunately, the plans were upset by the unexpected lockdown. Due to the circumstances at hand, the start-up has been arranged to be executed remotely, which is a new challenge for Axioma Servisas.
The engineering, electrical wiring, assembly of the control cabinets, programming, selection of visualisations and integration of the equipment into the existing technological control system – this is the long list of the works performed by Axioma Servisas for Mestilla UAB. The works have been carried out without interruptions with the finish line reached successfully by using the available resources, competences and extensive experience while promptly responding to the situations.
