2017 – Corporate restructuring and creation of an independent company
As part of a corporate restructuring process, Axioma servisas was formed in 2017 through the separation of industrial service activity from Axis Industries, establishing a standalone company focused on equipment service, maintenance and engineering.
2018 – Strategic acquisition of UAB “Labas ir Ko”
In 2018, Axioma servisas acquired 100% of the shares of UAB “Labas ir Ko”, a company specializing in the repair and maintenance of rotating equipment and industrial machinery. This acquisition strengthened the company’s competencies in industrial equipment service, expanded technical expertise and increased the ability to provide more comprehensive service solutions to customers.
2023 – Strategic corporate development
The company acquired full ownership of UAB “Elintos matavimo sistemos” (now UAB “Axioma MS“) integrating measurement technology expertise into its structure and strengthening its position in the field of industrial measurement and calibration services.
2025–2026 – Large-scale industrial projects and financial growth
Axioma servisas continues to strengthen its position across energy, manufacturing, water management and infrastructure sectors, delivering large-scale projects including equipment installation, maintenance contracts, automation system deployment and etc. across the Baltic region and beyond (United Kingdom, France, Scandinavia). In 2025, the company reached a turnover of EUR 100 million, reflecting sustained growth and market expansion.
