Axioma Servisas is implementing the supply, assembly, and installation of heat distribution points in the Vilnelės Skverai residential project in Vilnius. The company also installed heat distribution points in the first and second stages of this project.
At the request of the client MERKO, seven standard heat distribution points will be installed in six apartment buildings, ensuring the efficient, reliable, and economical operation of the buildings’ heating systems.
Seven automated heat distribution points
The assembly and installation of the seven heat distribution points, with a total capacity of approximately 2,000 kW, will be carried out by the Heat Distribution Point Group team in cooperation with specialists from the automation department. They will be responsible for the automation solutions for the heat distribution points, ensuring that the heat supply is controlled autonomously according to the outside air temperature. This will optimize energy consumption and ensure the comfort of residents.
Only reliable, market-recognized equipment from manufacturers Danfoss, Wilo, Zenner, and Reflex that meets the highest quality standards is used for the implementation of the project.
Changes to the work schedule due to the harsh winter
Three of the seven heat distribution points were installed at the end of 2025. The installation of the remaining four is planned to be completed by the end of March this year.
“Due to sudden and unfavorable weather conditions, construction work has been delayed, and until it is fully completed, we cannot install the remaining four heat distribution points. According to the initial plan, the work was to be carried out gradually, but winter has adjusted the schedule – now we will have to install several heat distribution points at the same time,” says Mindaugas Barkauskas, Head of the Heat Distribution Points and Telemetry Department.
About the project
Vilnelės Skverai is a new residential complex developed by MERKO on Manufaktūrų Street, near Vilnius Old Town, between Užupis and Belmontas. The first, second, and third stages of construction have already been completed.
The fourth and final stage involves the construction of six- to seven-story residential buildings with 318 apartments. The project was named the best residential real estate project in Lithuania (Lithuanian Real Estate Development Association competition “For Sustainable Development”, 2023).
