Axioma Servisas specialists are happy to continue cooperation with a world-class manufacturer of industrial equipment. At the end of July, another contract was signed with Lavango Engineering LT UAB, a developer and manufacturer of food processing and handling equipment. The contract was concluded for the installation of the pallet elevator and conveyor control system.
Complete installation of the E/A part
Axioma Servisas is responsible for the complete installation of the control system, i.e. design of the electrical and automation part, supply, installation and tuning of the necessary equipment.
When sensors, cables, cable tracks and other electrical and automation equipment arrived, team started the installation work.
After assembly and testing, the control system will be tuned.
Installation at the client’s premises
Cable laying, junction box assembly and other E/A installation works is carried out in Klaipėda, in the production facilities of Lavango Engineering LT. They were carried out within one month.
Testing of the control system is ongoing. “Each device manufactured by the customer is individual, so testing and adjusting the control system is the most challenging phase of the project,” said Andrius Beinoras, Project Manager.
After the completion of the system adjustment work, the pallet elevator and conveyors manufactured by Lavango Engineering LT will be transported to the food industry factory in Australia.
Well-known works
“We have previously implemented two very similar projects. This time, only the automated transportation of goods to the elevator has been added.
