Axioma Servisas is delighted to be able to contribute not only to industrial projects, but also to real estate projects. An automated remote reading system for hot and cold water, heating, and electricity meters was installed in the unique Nemunas by CITUS project in Druskininkai.
The only project of its kind in the country
Located in the center of Druskininkai, at Liepų g. 1, the Nemunas by CITUS project, which consists of private apartments with hotel services (aparthotel), stands out for its innovation and convenience for residents. A water entertainment and outdoor cinema area with a swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, and city views is being built on the roof. The first floor features co-working and business spaces, while the renovated roof and other common areas are adapted for various activities, allowing apartment guests to comfortably combine leisure with their daily work.
Smart remote reading solution
In this project, the Axioma Servisas team installed and successfully launched more than 800 smart meters. The entire system is connected, programmed, and ready for use, allowing both service providers and residents to conveniently manage and monitor consumption data.
“The automated remote reading system not only facilitates the work of service providers, but also provides convenience for residents. Smart meters transmit data directly to suppliers, allowing consumption to be analyzed, and residents no longer need to declare their readings,” says project manager Vaidas Misiūnas.
