UAB Axioma servisas, a provider of integrated engineering services to industry, has acquired 100% of the shares of UAB Elintos matavimo sistemos. The transaction entered into force on 1 December.
Specialised in equipment supply
The company, which has been operating for more than 20 years, specializes in the supply of measuring instruments, alignment systems, test equipment, power supplies and other equipment. It also organizes servicing, inspection and calibration of equipment, and actively advises customers.
Ambitious for the future
Although the companies will remain separate, synergies between them already exist and will certainly grow in the future.
