Axioma Servisas, a company manufacturing heating substations for residential apartment buildings, public and commercial buildings, is pleased to receive two more orders from the engineering systems company Civinity Engineering. Modern heating substations will be manufactured and installed in the newly built departure terminal at Vilnius Airport and in the “Urban HUB” project of offices, warehouses and retail spaces being developed by SBA Urban in Kaunas.
Modern automated heating substations will help customers save district heat energy, avoid its uneven distribution and overheating of premises.
Departure terminal of Vilnius Airport
Vilnius Airport (VOU) is building a new 14.4 thousand sq. m. passenger departure terminal, which will be inserted between the current and VIP terminal with a conference centre. It is expected that the new terminal will start operating in the first half of 2025. The contractor of the object is Eikos Statyba.
For this terminal, Axioma Servisas will supply and install a 1.5 MW triple circuit heating substation with heating and ventilation collectors.
The assembly of the heating substation is currently in progress. To achieve the highest efficiency of the heating substation, the components from well-known manufacturers Wilo and Danfoss have been selected.
New Urban HUB office, logistics and retail campus in Kaunas
The “stock-office” premises complex Urban HUB with an area of as much as 70 thousand sq. m being developed near the Kaunas Free Economic Zone (FEZ) will also be equipped with Axioma Servisas heating substation modules.
The complex will feature four heating substations with a total capacity of 1.5 MW. Axioma Servisas will carry out assembly and installation work before the end of this year.
Currently the company is waiting for delivery of the equipment, i.e., Grundfos circulating pumps, Danfoss heat exchangers, control valves, controllers and balancing components.
The heating substations supplied and installed by Axioma Servisas can be supplemented with automation and remote data collection solutions offered by the company.
