At the end of last week, Axioma servisas acquired 100 percent of the shares of the Kaunas company Labas ir ko, adding 16 colleagues to its team. Labas ir ko, which has been operating since 1999, provides repair and maintenance services to a wide range of Lithuanian companies. The company is an official service partner of Grundfos, an authorised representative of Sulzer pumps in Lithuania and Latvia and a representative of DP-Pumps in Lithuania. It also repairs and maintains pumps, fume pumps and compressors from other manufacturers.
We are pursuing our strategic direction of expanding geographically and in terms of the services we provide. “Labas & Co is engaged in the repair, maintenance and spare parts trade of rotating machinery. The company’s expertise in the field of industrial plant maintenance will strengthen our existing competences with specific experience and services, so that we will be able to offer even more to our customers from now on,” says Artūras Lopeta, Managing Director of Axioma servisas.
Labas ir ko has become a subsidiary of Axioma servisas. It will continue to be managed by Axioma serviso’s Managing Director Artūras Lopeta. “This is our first, but not our last acquisition. We are constantly looking for specialised engineering companies in Lithuania and abroad. Our goal is to provide the most comprehensive package of industrial equipment service, maintenance and repair services in the Baltic States. We want industrial companies to get the services they need quickly and from a single source,” concludes Lopeta.
