At the end of last year, Axioma Servisas received an emergency request for restoration of the equipment of the dry building mixes production company, which were destroyed in the fire. The production was halted due to the damages caused by fire, and in order to avoid extensive losses, it was necessary to recover the equipment within the shortest time possible.
Following the inspection of the object conducted by Axioma Servisas specialists, it was established that the damages were concentrated in the building’s power distribution and supply line, and required replacement. The compressed air line and its equipment burnt down completely, as well as the electrical equipment control panels and sand drying equipment control cabinets. The conveyors, mixing equipment, gravel, sand and cement elevators and packing equipment sustained less serious damages, and were still repairable.
Axioma Servisas, a company providing industrial services, eliminated all these defects within less than two months, including electricity and automation works, engineering, assembly, programming and adjustment of the new required equipment. The company also performed the mechanical works, i.e., repairs or replacement of the damaged parts of the equipment, such as engines, belts, bearings, reducers, etc.
