Axioma Servisas, a company holding many years of experience in the installation of electrical, automatic and mechanical equipment, contributes to the development of another food industry company. Lietuvos Kepėjas UAB, the supplier of fresh and frozen bread and confectionery, entrusted the installation of the electrical part of the new, faster and more efficient French bread baking line to the team of the Kaunas Service Division.
The new line will be connected to the existing lines
Lietuvos Kepėjas factory located in Kaunas is investing in development and increasing its production capacity – adding a new more efficient line to the lines that are already in operation in the company. One of the most innovative French bread baking lines in Europe is currently being installed, which Axioma Servisas specialists will connect to the already operating production lines by means of three electrical panels.
The 20-meter-long line consists of a dough mixer, a dividing-rolling table, a rising cabinet, an oven, a cooling tower, scrapers and a packaging device made by a German manufacturer. All the said devices need to be connected to one of the newly installed electrical panels.
The other two electrical panels will connect the new and existing line units: one electrical line will connect the two cooling towers and the other the refrigeration equipment.
Installation works will start in the summer
Axioma Servisas specialists will also take care of installation of cable structures and cables, cable insulation and resistance measurement of transitional contacts.
After ordering the necessary electrical equipment, the installation work will commence in June. A team of 12 electrical engineering specialists will be contributing to the planned work.
The value of the installation works of the new Lietuvos Kepėjas production bread baking line amounts to nearly 150 thousand euros.
