Axioma Servisas, a company offering market solutions for remote metering of various energy resources, signed a new contract with one of the largest heat and hot water suppliers in the country. The company undertook to connect almost 90 thousand domestic hot water meters to the remote data collection and transmission system and provide their data rendering services.
The employees of the Scanning Systems Department of Axioma Servisas will connect and describe these devices in a smart data system within three years. Implementation of the project will facilitate easier accounting of hot water consumption in the residential apartment buildings in one of the largest cities in Lithuania, and will allow the residents to pay for the services provided and control their consumption habits. The new meters will accurately measure the amount of hot water consumed by residents and the data will be automatically collected and transmitted to the smart data system.
“Every month we collect and process data from more than 500,000 accounting devices. We can connect and provide data not only from water meters, but also heat metering devices and heat dividers. These smart solutions have become particularly relevant with the rise of the energy prices, as they allow to control consumption and effectively change the habits of the residents”, said Audrius Adamonis, Head of the Scanning Systems Department, in regard to the relevance of the service.
