Axioma Servisas, a company providing equipment maintenance and support services, continues its cooperation with companies that manage own biofuel boilers. Žemaitijos Pienas AB, one of the largest and leading-edge milk processing companies in Lithuania, has entrusted the maintenance and servicing of its biofuel boiler equipment to the team of the Kaunas Service Division for the second consecutive year.
The biofuel boiler plant of the dairy producer is a complex of structures and equipment with a 12 MW capacity furnace, a condensing economiser and auxiliary technological equipment. It produces and transmits process steam to the factory where various milk production processes take place.
The signed contract stipulates that Axioma Servisas specialists will perform a monthly inspection of fuel air fans, compressed air systems, smoke extractors, conveyors, hydraulic devices and boiler combustion parameters at Žemaitijos Pienas biofuel boiler plant located in Telšiai. Every 6 months, the company will perform an inspection of technological guards and furnace, and cleaning of all equipment, and once a year – calibration of the oxygen metre. Additional equipment repairs will be carried out on commission of the customer.
“We have been carrying out maintenance and repair work at the company’s biofuel boiler plant since the end of 2021, so we are familiar with the equipment used.
