The contract concluded with Mondelez Lietuva Production, the leading confectionery manufacturer, provides for performance of the continuous maintenance of the electric motors, transformers, substations, distribution boards, fire safety, outdoor and indoor lighting systems, boiler facilities and central heating unit, as well as supervision of operation of the ventilation and conditioning equipment, water supply and drainage networks, BMS and automated management systems. The computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) is used for monitoring of the said works, while the experience gained allows to use the KKS coding system to assign codes to the equipment under maintenance and prepare the scheduled maintenance plans within the shortest possible time. This way the system expedites organisation of work and ensures maximum transparency of the services provided.
Mondelez Lietuva Production plant is located in Kaunas and produces chocolate confectionery. It annually manufactures about 20,000 tons of products, of which more than 95 % are exported to Great Britain, Sweden, Norway, Poland, France, Belgium and other countries.
