In January, Axioma servisas carried out the first scheduled maintenance at the shale processing plant complex owned by the Estonian company VKG Oil. In addition to the scheduled repairs at this plant, Axioma servisas will also take care of the maintenance and servicing of the plant equipment.
“We believe that this work will be our company’s stepping stone into the Estonian industrial service market. At the moment, we mainly provide maintenance and servicing of mechanical parts to our customers here. We already have 18 employees in Kohtla Järve, where the VKG Oil plant is also located, so we will not limit our current services to that. As in Lithuania, we will also offer our customers maintenance, installation and repair services in the electrical and automation fields,” said Artūras Lopeta, Managing Director of Axioma servisas.
VKG Oil is owned by VKG (Viru Kemmia Group), the world’s second largest shale oil producer and one of the largest oil shale processors in Estonia. The Group operates a shale mine, shale refineries, a power plant, and produces shale fuels, bitumen, industrial oil and petrochemicals.
