Axioma servisas has won the tender for the maintenance of the automation equipment of the Vilnius CHP plant. The contract with the strategic Lithuanian facility is signed for three years.
The company’s specialists are already familiar with the CHP plant and its equipment, having carried out large-scale installation of automation devices, cable laying, installation of impulse lines, erection of control cabinets, and connection and debugging work there.
“The contract includes the maintenance, cabling and installation of over 200 types of automation devices, sensors and analysers, as well as the installation of impulse lines. The work will be carried out as required and at the rates set out in the contract, with the exception of the ongoing maintenance of a few systems, which will be carried out periodically,” says Miroslav Januskevic, Head of the Operations Group.
The Rotating Equipment Division team is already providing hydraulics maintenance services to the Vilnius CHP plant, and the award of the automation maintenance tender further establishes Axioma servis as a reliable partner for one of the most modern plants of its type in Europe.
The plant is currently undergoing hot tests, with waste heat already being supplied to Vilnius residents.
