The specialists of Axioma Servisas implementing electrical and automation projects are happy with their cooperation with stainless steel processing company Plieno spektras UAB. The team of the Klaipėda Service Division will install the electrical and automation part for the pallet elevator manufactured by this partner.
Pallet elevator will be installed in a food industry company
One of the largest food industry companies in Lithuania is actively expanding – it carried out its factory reconstruction, during which the third floor of the building was raised. Because of this, the existing pallet elevator became inefficient, and it was decided to replace it.
The task of the team of Plieno spektras UAB is to manufacture and install a new elevator that would be used to raise and lower goods from all three floors of the factory.
The team will take care of the electrical and automation part
The partner’s team will take care of the technological part of the project, as well as production and installation of the equipment, while the electrical and automation (E/A) works have been entrusted to Axioma Servisas.
Klaipėda Service Division specialists will dismantle old E/A equipment and assemble operator panels, gate control panels and electrical cabinets.
Moreover, automation design, logic controller (PLC) and object programming and commissioning works will be performed.
Installation work will last 3 weeks
The automation part is currently being designed.
“We plan to install all electrical and automation equipment within three weeks. Programming and tuning work will follow later”, said Vladislavas Kulieša, project manager.
10 specialists from the Klaipėda Service Division will contribute to this project.
The value of all works performed by Axioma Servisas reaches nearly 60 thousand euros.
