The Grundfos recertification audit has been successfully performed at Kaunas Rotating Equipment Department of Axioma Servisas UAB. The purpose of the audit was to assess the compliance of Axioma Servisas UAB occupational safety and health, environmental protection, marketing, service equipment and personnel technical knowledge with the international requirements of Grundfos standards.
The Lithuanian auditors delegated by Bureau Veritas Italia SpA conducted all the necessary procedural steps during the audit and did not identify any discrepancies, while the assessment of 99% obtained was an excellent proof of quality.
“With the updated certificate, we have also acquired the status of the “gold” level authorised service partner, so we will continue to provide our customers with the highest quality Grundfos pump services,” said Povilas Valiūnas, Maintenance Unit Manager at Axioma Servisas UAB.
Grundfos is one of the largest pump manufacturers in the world, offering extremely high quality, efficient and reliable products. The three-year authorised service partner certification will allow to continue improving while performing the manufacturer’s warranty and post-warranty repairs.
