Axioma Servisas UAB, which implements modernisation projects of mechanical, electrical and automation equipment in industrial companies, is happy to contribute to the renovation of another factory. In April, it signed a contract with Bauroc UAB, which manufactures building blocks, for secondary air fan replacement services.
The factory located in Varėna District has a 7 MGW biofuel steam boiler with two air fans connected to it. The primary fan supplies air to the furnace for drying, pyrolysis and carbon combustion processes, while the secondary fan maintains the oxygen content of the flue gas. The latter device unit is inefficient and worn out, and it was decided to replace it with a new 7.5 kW air fan with frequency converter.
Axioma Servisas undertook to take care of the supply of all the required mechanical, electrical and automation equipment, dismantling and installation works, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) control system programming, as well as balancing and start-up of both air fans.
Two months have been allocated for the completion of these works at the Bauroc factory.
Bauroc UAB is a company manufacturing silicate and aerated concrete blocks in Lithuania. It belongs to the construction materials production and supply company Bauroc AS, which manages two aerated concrete factories in Estonia and Latvia. Manufactured building materials are supplied to Latvia, Estonia, Poland and Scandinavian countries.
