Axioma Servisas UAB, which provides services to the country’s largest heat producers, is happy to have successfully secured another important public procurement. Specialists of the accredited laboratory undertook to carry out tests on the quality of biofuel used by the thermal energy producer and supplier Palangos šilumos tinklai.
“I am pleased that our accredited laboratory provides long-term services to large heat producers in the country. The tests conducted are beneficial, because the quality of biofuel determines not only its price, but also the performance and efficiency of the equipment used”, said Eglė Nugaraitė-Juršienė, head of the biofuel laboratory.
According to the contract signed, the laboratory specialists will conduct biofuel moisture, ash content and heating tests twice a week. Axioma Servisas will send the test reports by e-mail: humidity results within one working day, ash content – within two day, and heat content – within three days.
The contract with Palangos šilumos tinklai was signed for a period of three years.
Axioma Servisas laboratory features the intelligent data processing information system BioLab, which allows to register, save and transfer data about the testing progress by means of electronic communication, thus, avoiding possibility of human errors. In addition to biofuel tests, the laboratory also performs water quality tests and metrological checks of gas analysers and breathalysers.
