Axioma servisas, which services industrial equipment, continues its cooperation with Lithuanian environmental companies. After winning a public tender, the company has signed another equipment service contract with municipal waste management company UAB Klaipėda Region Waste Management Centre (KRWMC).
The mechanical sorting plant in Dumpiai village separates glass, ferrous and non-ferrous metals, paper and several types of plastic waste from the mixed municipal waste collected. A mechanical sorting line is used for this process and will be serviced and maintained by Axioma servisas.
Servicing of more than 60 mechanical installations
Klaipėda Service Unit specialists have committed to continue servicing mechanical installations in Klaipėda RATC for another year. The plant’s process line consists of 36 belt conveyors and one chain conveyor, 2 ferrous metal separators, a shredder, a press, a compressed air compressor, a vibratory screener, a dust collection system and other mechanical equipment.
Repair and maintenance services for all of the above-mentioned equipment will be carried out on the basis of the customer’s needs: repairs will be carried out on the basis of the customer’s order and maintenance services will be carried out on the basis of a pre-agreed timetable. Axioma servisas will also provide the necessary spare parts and materials.
Other services
Klaipėda RATC’s mechanical sorting plant has been serviced by Axioma servisas since 2023.
“The client is looking for a wide range of services, from repairs of production equipment and replacement of spare parts to system programming work. In order to ensure reliable and uninterrupted operation of the equipment, challenges need to be addressed quickly. We are pleased that we have demonstrated our competence over three years and are able to continue servicing the equipment,” says Project Manager Roman Nazarov.
The service contract with Klaipėda Regional Waste Management Centre is not the only one described above. In 2022, Axioma servisas signed its first maintenance contract to maintain the automated control system (ACS) and the equipment it controls for three years.
