The specialists of Axioma Servisas, who hold more than 20 years of experience in the maintenance of biofuel boiler plants, are happy to extend their long-term equipment service contract with the hot water and heat supplier Alytaus šilumos tinklai UAB.
The specialists of the Kaunas Service Division undertook to perform technical maintenance, measurement, testing, start-up and adjustment, fault and defect elimination and repair services in the Alytus District boiler plant for a period of three years. According to the signed contract, Axioma Servisas also undertook to supply all necessary materials and spare parts.
Specific mechanical devices
Axioma Servisas will continue to provide its customer with maintenance services for a 20.2 MW biofuel steam boiler and a 5 MW turbine generator.
Belt and chain conveyors, fuel distributor, crusher and sorter, condensate cleaning equipment, common burner and chemical water preparation systems, and other specific devices also operate in the Alytus District boiler plant.
The specialists of the Kaunas Service Division will take care of the technical maintenance, repair and supply of the necessary spare parts for all the mentioned mechanical devices.
Electrical and automation equipment
The electrical and automation equipment used by Alytus šilumos tinklai comprises of various control panels and cabinets, power switchboards, security video surveillance and fire alarm systems, etc.
Axioma Servisas specialists will not only ensure maintenance of this equipment, but will also oversee the PLC controllers (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA visualization systems (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition).
Maintenance provided since 2012
Axioma Servisas specialists have been providing equipment maintenance services at the Alytus District boiler plant since its opening, i.e. since 2012.
“We are happy with the trust shown to us by our customer. We know all the equipment of the boiler plant very well, so we guarantee its faultless operation in the future”, said Tomas Kupstas, Project Manager at Axioma Servisas.
The value of the contract signed with the customer amounts to 1.45 million euros.
