Axioma Servisas, a company manufacturing heating substations <\/span>for residential apartment buildings, public and commercial buildings, is pleased to receive two more orders from the engineering systems company Civinity Engineering. Modern heating substations<\/span>\u00a0will be manufactured and installed in the newly built departure terminal at Vilnius Airport<\/a> and in the \u201cUrban HUB\u201d project of offices, warehouses and retail spaces being developed by SBA Urban in Kaunas.<\/a><\/p>\n

Modern automated heating substations<\/span><\/a> will help customers save district heat energy, avoid its uneven distribution and overheating of premises.<\/p>\n

Departure terminal of Vilnius Airport<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Vilnius Airport (VOU) is building a new 14.4 thousand sq. m. passenger departure terminal, which will be inserted between the current and VIP terminal with a conference centre. It is expected that the new terminal will start operating in the first half of 2025. The contractor of the object is Eikos Statyba.<\/p>\n

For this terminal, Axioma Servisas will supply and install a 1.5 MW triple circuit heating substation<\/span>\u00a0with heating and ventilation collectors.<\/p>\n

The assembly of the heating substation<\/span> is currently in progress. To achieve the highest efficiency of the heating substation<\/span>, the components from well-known manufacturers Wilo<\/a> and Danfoss<\/a> have been selected.<\/p>\n

New Urban HUB office, logistics and retail campus in Kaunas<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The \u201cstock-office\u201d premises complex Urban HUB with an area of as much as 70 thousand sq. m being developed near the Kaunas Free Economic Zone (FEZ) will also be equipped with Axioma Servisas heating substation<\/span> modules.<\/p>\n

The complex will feature four heating substations<\/span>\u00a0with a total capacity of 1.5 MW. Axioma Servisas will carry out assembly and installation work before the end of this year.<\/p>\n

Currently the company is waiting for delivery of the equipment, i.e., Grundfos<\/a> circulating pumps, Danfoss heat exchangers, control valves, controllers and balancing components.<\/p>\n

The heating substations<\/span> supplied and installed by Axioma Servisas can be supplemented with automation and remote data collection solutions<\/a> offered by the company.<\/p>\n
