This spring, the parties signed a contract, according to which Axioma Servisas will install two new tanks for the storage of oily sludge on the territory of the refinery.<\/p>\n<p>The team of Ma\u017eeikiai Division of Axioma Servisas, which has many years of experience in the specific field of the oil and gas industry, will take care of the \u201cturnkey\u201d installation of both tanks, i.e., design, supply, installation and commisioning.<\/p>\n<p>Installation works of the new tanks will include construction, mechanical, electrical and automation parts. The construction and mechanical parts will include the installation of four mixers, two tanks, their steam heater, pipelines and service platforms. During the implementation of the electrical and automation parts, two power control panels, and twelve measuring and automation devices will be installed, and about 2,000 meters of cables and about 400 meters of cable routes will be laid. Moreover, 30 new LED lights will be installed.   <\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-2192 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/axs.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/axioma_servisas_atlieka_modernizavimo_darbus_orlen_lietuva.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"900\" height=\"600\" srcset=\"https:\/\/axs.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/axioma_servisas_atlieka_modernizavimo_darbus_orlen_lietuva.png 900w, https:\/\/axs.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/axioma_servisas_atlieka_modernizavimo_darbus_orlen_lietuva-300x200.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 900px) 100vw, 900px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>During the implementation of the project, technically obsolete tanks will be dismantled, and new tanks will be connected to the existing pipelines. Replacement of the containers will also include expansion of their control system. <\/p>\n<p>The two new storage tanks are planned to be installed in the oil refinery managed by ORLEN Lietuva AB by end of summer 2024. Design work is currently underway. Installation work is expected to begin this summer.
